| In this section of the site you can view what I consider to be
my favourite photographs on the site. They may be a favourite
because of the quality of the image, or the skill involved in taking
the image, or the pose of the various bird, butterfly or other
insect I have managed to capture. I have also added comments
to these images which I think will be helpful to anyone viewing
them. I have shown these images at a larger size than the other site images, 1024 pixels wide to allow more detail to be seen. I do have more images that I consider good enough for this section and will be adding them and any others I manage to take as and when I get the time. These images are also displayed on the site at the normal size I use, 800 pixels wide in the appropriate galleries. The images are shown in order of the date they were actually
taken. I have not added these images to the site gallery index
as they are already displayed on the site in the appropriate
galleries, and I haven't added them to the running total of images
on the site. I hope you enjoy looking at them and please feel
free to comment on them either via the
