| My name is Roger and I live in a small village
in north Lincolnshire. Bird watching, and more recently
bird photography are my passions in life. I have been a
bird watcher for over thirty years. I am fifty something
years old. (Well actually much nearer sixty than the fifty) and am married to Sue and have two grown up sons. My other interests are computers, particularly web design and a love of all things concerned with nature. I started taking bird photographs quite recently when I purchased my first digital SLR camera. Anyway I won't bore you any further with more details about me as I am sure you have read enough already. The only other thing I will add is that I never take any photographs of birds at the nest. When taking the photographs I am careful to keep any disturbance to the bird and any other wildlife at a minimum. The welfare of the bird always comes first.
